The reservation will be considered confirmed and guaranteed after confirming the validity of the card provided as a guarantee or after making a pre-payment directly in the on-line booking process. After the bank operation through a secure payment gateway, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will be able to print the reservation which you will have to hand in when you enter the hotel.

Any amount pending payment, for modification of the reservation a posteriori, or for the inclusion of any extra service indicated in the observation of the reservation, will be paid on arrival at the hotel at the time of check-in.

The latest check-out time for rooms is 11:00 am. If you wish to extend until 15.00 or 18.00, please check rates and availability with the hotel reception. Check-in time to our rooms is guaranteed from 16h, but if the room is previously available, we will be happy to let you start enjoying it earlier, and we will gladly give you the key-access.

Since 2021, pets are no longer allowed as companions.

Smoking is not allowed in the entire establishment. Smoking in outdoor areas is regulated by the institutional regulations in force at any given time. If you have any doubts, please contact our reservations department: TEL. +34 964 88 04 04 or by mail reservas@alcossebrehotel.com

Please note about bank charges/debits

  • We inform you that, depending on the bank with which you operate, the debits of the prepayments of your reservation made through the bank payment gateways may be identified as coming from Hotel Alcossebre (commercial name) or from Holiday Magic Hotel, SA (our company name).

Modification of Reservations:

  • Any request related to any modification of your reservation made directly with the hotel, must always be requested in writing via email to: reservas@alcossebrehotel.com. If you have any additional queries, you can contact us on 964 88 04 04. Once the change has been accepted by the hotel, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the changes. Changes to bookings made through a collaborating intermediary must be managed through this intermediary.
  • Remember that any modification to your booking may result in a change of price. In the event of a higher price, the resulting deposit will be adjusted to the % applied to the new global amount of the booking.

Early Departures:

  • In the event of an unforeseen departure before the end of the contracted stay, the Hotel will additionally invoice at least the two subsequent nights in the contracted regime (as a penalty and cancellation costs), and may proceed to refund the remaining nights not enjoyed, provided that there is accreditation by the client as force majeure due to medical reasons (exclusively hospitalisation or death of a direct relative of 2nd degree of kinship). In all other cases, the hotel will not authorise any credit note, and the agency will not make any credit note in such cases. It is expressly recommended that the client be provided at all times, if he/she deems it appropriate, with some type of cancellation insurance that could cover such an eventuality.
  • When a reservation includes the contracting of medical or cancellation insurance, the right and responsibility to make any claim to the insurance company for cancellation of the reservation with expenses is the sole responsibility of the client. The hotel remains a mere intermediary between the insurance company and the user for the purpose of communication when required to do so.
  • The possible compensation that may be paid by the insurance company for cancelled bookings that have an associated insurance policy will always be in relation to the amount paid for the booking and the number of nights that could have been enjoyed. Reservations with only 25% of the amount paid will not be considered the same for the purpose of compensation as reservations with 100% of the amount paid.

Particular Conditions for Direct Bookings with the Hotel (which can be formalised by telephone or on the hotel’s official website):

Option 1: FLEXIBLE BOOKING:

No Cancellation Fees with 72h in advance. It must be paid in full (100%) within 3 days of arrival. The Hotel will send you several notices the previous days to formalize within the deadlines with this obligation through bank gateway. If the reservation is not paid on time and in full, the hotel may proceed without further notice, to the automatic cancellation of the reservation.

If the reservation is not paid in due time and in full, the hotel may proceed without further notice to automatically cancel the reservation, and the client loses all rights to the reservation. In the event of having to cancel the reservation between 72h and 24h prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded by the hotel.

Option 2: SEMIFLEXIBLE RESERVE:

No cancellation fees up to 15 days in advance. A pre-payment corresponding to the amount of the first night will be made through a secure payment gateway. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of arrival, during the Check-In, being an essential requirement for full payment in order to access the room. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night. In the event of cancellation with a greater margin than indicated, the hotel will refund the total amount of the deposit made.

Option 3: NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION:

Reservation prepaid in full at the time of booking. The guest cannot modify or cancel. 100% cancellation fees from the first day of booking.
