ALL THE MEASURES HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOLLOWING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND MAY BE MODIFIED ACCORDING TO FUTURE NEEDS.
GENERAL MEASURES OF ALCOSSEBRE SEA EXPERIENCE
- All staff have been trained in preventive measures so that you have no worries during your holidays.
- Our staff has the necessary protective equipment at all times.
- We carry out a daily health check of workers with responsible declaration of not having been in contact in the last 15 days with any infected person.
- We reduce capacity, including elevators.
- We have separated the sun loungers from the pools, minimum 1.5m (by family unit groups).
- We have indicated risk areas with warning signs.
- We provide disinfectant gel in different locations.
MEASURES AT THE RECEPTION
- We’ve signaled the safe distance.

- We deliver basic prevention information and rules of proper use of facilities to all customers.
- We have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection of the front desks
MEASURES IN CLEANING SERVICES
- Our laundry ensures and certifies the treatment of clothes to more than 60º and with disinfectant products.
- We use disposable wipes in every customer’s check out cleaning.
- We reduce the number of rooms per housekeeper for better execution of cleaning and disinfection of your room.
- An approved external company certifies that the cleaning of rooms is carried out according to the prevention measures established by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
MEASURES IN MAINTENANCE SERVICES
- All staff are provided with necessary individual safety and security equipment.
- We carry out repairs in the rooms, as far as possible, without the presence of the customer. If this is not possible, we maintain the safe distance of 1.5m at all times.
- We disinfected all areas where there has been intervention.
- We constantly renew the air in the common areas and clean the filters daily.
