Children from 0 to 1 year old are considered as babies and will not pay for the stay in any case. Children between 2 and 11 years of age are considered children for the purposes of rates and are entitled to free or special discounts (depending on the season). Children over 12 years of age will be considered adults for the purposes of rates, and the corresponding supplements or discounts will be applied.

The family suites, with capacity for up to four people and its entertainment, are some of the features that make the hotel a family-friendly accommodation.

We do not have a private car park. However, there is no problem with parking in the area surrounding the hotel, public and free of charge.

The Hotel Alcossebre is located on the seafront, on the promenade, 500 metres from the Cargador beach and the town centre.
Leaving the hotel, on your left, and only 400 metres away, you will find the marina and the Playa de las Fuentes beach.

If your booking has been made through a channel or intermediary, you must always make all the corresponding arrangements through that channel/intermediary. If instead you have a direct booking with the hotel, made with us by telephone or through our website, call us on 964 880404 – 964 414411 or write to us at reservas@alcossebrehotel.com. In any case, remember that cancellations may be subject to the charges stipulated in the rate at which you made the booking. Check at all times the free cancellation terms of your booking, depending on the selected rate.

By law, the check-out time for rooms is set at 11am at the latest, and check-in is not allowed after 4pm, although you can always check in as soon as the room is available/ready (depending on the occupancy of the hotel the night before). Under normal circumstances, you should be able to check in before 2.30pm. However, you will be able to enjoy from your arrival both the other contracted services (e.g. food) and our facilities and common services, such as the swimming pool, the bars, or the entertainment and entertainment activities.

As a general rule, minors are usually simply accompanying the reservation holder, and therefore, if they are under the responsibility of one of their legal guardians, no additional documentation will be required, other than their own identification document (ID card, passport, etc…). In the event that the booker is not one of the legal guardians, or the minor is the reservation holder, the hotel will require the minor to previously present the corresponding written authorisation from one of his/her legal guardians (which must include the ID of the authorising person), in which he/she explicitly authorises him/her to stay at the hotel on the dates reserved, and indicating whether he/she will do so alone and/or accompanied under the guardianship of another person of legal age. However, if this requirement cannot be documented, no reimbursement will be made if the booking is prepaid or partially paid for..

In accordance with current regulations, the cash payment limit for any complete booking is 999.99 €.Any booking in excess of this amount must be paid for by electronic bank payment or transaction. On the other hand, except at the hotel reception, it is not permitted to pay for drinks or services with 200 € or 500 € notes, as the points of sale do not have enough change to handle payment with these notes.

At present, we only accept payment for bookings (stays) with American Express. All other hotel services for which direct payment is required and which are not charged to the room must be paid for in cash or by another debit/credit card from one of the VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO systems.

If you don’t want to bring too much bulk in your suitcase, we have a towel lending service available at the outdoor pool. You will be charged a small deposit, which will be returned to you the day you return them. The use of towels outside the rooms is not allowed.

Since 2021 we unfortunately no longer admit pets (of any kind) in the establishment, with the exception of those legally recognised as companion pets. In this case, you must provide proof of the dog in question.
